I Corinthians 6:19-20:
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
From high blood pressure to gout, sickle cell, colon cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, cataracts, obesity, arthritis, heart disease, drug and alcohol abuse, smoking, and numerous other diseases that are affecting our communities and families we as people have to increase our knowledge on how to take better care of our bodies. Along with our Spiritual health our physical health is important also. Most of the diseases that are affecting us today can be prevented, or controlled by proper rest, exercise, and diet.

Womens Fellowship
The Deaconess ministry’ fellowship combine with the Women’s fellowship was held at Ruby Tuesday. We had a joyful, time Sharing with one another.
We Pray that more Women will come and join us as we continue this Christian Journey.
